Bo Gimvang - Founder / Chief Scientist / CEO / Executive Board MemberMr. Gimvang has an Advanced Master of Science Degree in Paints & Protective Coatings from his alma mater in Sweden where he was born. During his career thus far he has accumulated over 30 years of experience inventing highly successful specialty paints and protective coatings in Scandinavia and the United States. Mr. Gimvang has been involved with the development of over 150 close to 200 Paints, Coatings and Cementuous materials, such as his invention of the Ceramic Vacuum Microspheres (CVMs) which is now one of many core proprietary assets of XUREX, Inc. He holds additional patents over and above those filed for through XUREX.
Mr. Gimvang has been an Officer and Technical Director for several Paint & Coatings companies. He has been a keynote speaker and presenter at many seminars and technical congresses throughout the world on Protective Coatings and Paints. He is specialist in unique inorganic cementuosus formulations as well as an acknowledged pioneer in Nano-Technology (Nano-Molecular) Protective Coatings, conceiving and implementing the molecular manipulation physio-chemistry necessary to produce the enduring and unique qualities of XUREX’s Nano-Technology Protective Coatings.
Mr. Gimvang founded XUREX as a means to bring all his accumulated knowledge and available intellectual properties together under one roof, which combined with his leadership of XUREX’s on-going R&D initiatives, positions the company to be a formative and innovative global leader in the specialty field of Protective Paints and Coatings.
Bob Bishop – President / Executive Board MemberMr. Bishop has two decades of experience working closely with numerous early stage companies in roles ranging from startup financing through mezzanine rounds. He has also supported marketing and sales and helped craft long-term go-to-market strategies for several technology firms. Prior to his roles in early stage finance, Mr. Bishop oversaw operations in retail and manufacturing industries, growing his own practice to more than 100 employees.
In 2004 Mr. Bishop began developing critical path strategies for XureX. He was tasked with the development of the XureX Business Plan as well as the procurement and development of XureX’s current Albuquerque production facility. He oversaw every stage of the facilities build out and was responsible for the equipment suppliers, resulting in the savings of over $1 Million to the company. Mr. Bishop is currently directing the transition of the company from the build-out phase to the revenue phase, with special emphasis on marketing strategies, product selection, pricing and further research and development. Mr. Bishop has resided in Albuquerque, NM for the last 8 years.
R.A. EverisT - Aggregate Mining and Bulk TransportWith a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford (1977), Mr. Everist’s expertise lies in quarried rock production, rail transportation and industrial land development.
As President and CEO of L.G. Everist, Inc., Mr. Everist oversees the quarried materials end of the business as well as the rail-transload bulk services portion. As the leader of a fourth-generation family business, Mr. Everist interfaces with a wide cross-section of the rail-served industrial economy.

Doug Holt – Non-Executive Board MemberMr. Holt brings to the Board his 20 years of senior management expertise working with global companies in the highly competitive sports equipment industry. He is currently the Vice President General Manager of TaylorMade Adidas Golf operations with responsibility for $1.3 Billion in sales and all associated P&L issues. Prior Mr. Holt was Vice President General Manager of Nike Golf from 2000 through to 2005 where he was responsible for growing worldwide sales from scratch to $900 million and all associated P&L matters. Before Nike Mr. Holt was with Spalding for 13 years rising to the position of Vice President of Sales Spalding Sports World Wide which in his last year generated sales of $750 million.
Mr. Holt gained an MBA in 1974 from the University of Utah, and several AMA qualifications between 1995 and 2003 for Persuasive Selling, Recruiting and Training, and P&L Management . He was put through an intense 3 month “Line Of Sight” CEO Market based training by Nike in 2004, and similar in-house sponsored management training courses for Managing Operating Expenses and Advanced Forecasting by Adidas over the past 2 years.
